WSSDA, AWSP and WASA are partnering to offer our fourth annual Equity Conference. The overall goal of this conference is to increase organizational leadership capacity by providing systemic strategies for equity and access so all students can achieve at a high level. Participants from school districts, ESDs, and state agencies will focus on research-based, high-leverage core practices necessary for organizational growth in leadership for equity.
Starting at 7:30 a.m., a lite breakfast will be served followed later by lunch and afternoon refreshments.

Can I register on-site?
No. Space limitations and logistics for this conference do not allow the flexibility of walk-in registrants.
Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can update the information on your order (e.g., name, email address, food allergies) in Eventbrite Current Orders under My Tickets. Your confirmation email will include your Eventbrite order number. You may also submit a cancellation/refund request via Eventbrite. If you need assistance with a cancellation/refund please contact t.gonzalez@wssda.org or call 360-252-3008.
What is the refund policy?
Until May 8, full refunds are available. After May 8, registration will be refunded minus a $75 fee. Refunds are not provided for no-shows. For questions about refund status, please contact e.degroff@wssda.org or call 360-252-3007.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No ticket or confirmation number is needed at check-in.
Is there a conference hotel?
Yes. These details are provided in the registration confirmation email.
Who can I talk to about accommodations for special needs or disabilities?

Pursuant to WAC 292-110-010, WSSDA is a state agency responsible for the proper use of state resources. Unauthorized distribution of materials that support, promote the interests of, or solicit for an outside organization or group by an attendee at any WSSDA-sponsored event or in any conference facility utilized by WSSDA for such events may result in revocation of the credentials that allow that individual to attend the event and/or barring of that individual’s attendance at future WSSDA-Sponsored events.
